1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Process

You must ensure that all information provided at registration and updated thereafter is truthful and not misleading in any respect.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered bbh999 account at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bbh999 will close the duplicate account(s) and may close the primary account as well, with all balances subject to review. Bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided in full.

3.3 Account Security

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, interact with the platform, or exploit game mechanics in a manner not available to ordinary human players.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in live poker or live casino games where player decisions can influence outcomes.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your bbh999 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any active bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be processed as a withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions. 8.2 Self-Exclusion

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. bbh999 will notify the account holder at their registered email address prior to applying a dormancy fee. A monthly account maintenance fee of ৳200 will be deducted from the dormant account's balance until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by logging in. bbh999 will not apply dormancy fees to accounts with a zero balance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbh999 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or any other indirect or consequential loss of any nature.

• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bbh999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

In any event, bbh999's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bbh999 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Amendments & Governing Law

10.1 Amendments

bbh999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
